Belle's two front teeth have been loose for quite some time! We thought it would be fun for her to loose one when she was at Grandma Quiggles back in JULY!!! She has held onto them for months. We decided to have her and her friend Hayley plan a tooth party. We thought that would be an easy way to have them pull their teeth out. So they chatted on the phone and planned the whole blessed event. They wanted to wear their "fairy" outfits. Have treats and balloons. The party was on.
Belle talked Hayley into going first. She was so brave. She had a string tied to her tooth and tied it to the front door. Then she slammed the door. Out it popped! Hooray for Hayley! Then it was Belle's turn. Any guess what happened? That's right, she wouldn't do it. Not only would she not do it, she had a colossal melt down! It lasted the entire night.
So later in the week, we just couldn't handle the teeth anymore. She used to have a perfect little space between all her teeth. They were now so loose the space was gone and one tooth loosely overlapped the other. So we took matters into our own hands. I'll spare you the details, but her two front teeth are now out! And after the huge battle "that didn't hurt!"

Poor you dealing with the melt down and all the friends! Cracks me up! Did you guys tackle Belle and pull the teeth out? Nice.

Jenna would have had fun and brought her "tooth fairy" barbie. SHe got this one hand me down barbie in a white dress and she calls it her tooth fairy barbie! She and I are the only ones allowed to touch it!
Yeah for Belle. And how much did that cost you?? For the extra drama and melt down? Did the tooth fairy pay you too? She should have!! Heehee!
